YHF Summit 2021

VIRTUAL PLATFORM

The Youth Health Forum Summit went virtual, putting the high impact event in reach of a wider audience within Australia, New Zealand and worldwide. From panel discussions with live Q & A, attendees were able to engage and network simultaneously from anywhere in the world.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL EVENT?

A virtual event is a conference held entirely online. All sponsors, exhibitors, presentations and networking occur directly on a virtual platform. It offers live access to remote delegates and colleagues, to content provided by live speakers and exhibitors, as well as interactive networking opportunities, all from your computer or even mobile device. Entirely hosted on the cloud, you can access it from anywhere on the globe, by simply logging in through the virtual platform.

HOW DO VIRTUAL EVENTS WORK?

Covering all steps of your attendee experience, from pre-event to post-event, you will be able to watch sessions available live, or post event recorded on any computer available, anywhere in the world. To gain the most exposure from the event, we recommended attending the event on the day which provided the opportunity to collaborate virtually amongst other colleagues watching too.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

  1. Time and convenience (access anytime and anywhere in the world)
  2. No need for travel, accommodations or catering
  3. Minimum disruption to a working day or week
  4. As engaging (if not more) and fulfilling as a traditional eventĀ
  5. Cost effective
  6. Always accessible, even post-event, with Videos on Demand
  7. Personalised experience for all attendees
